Editorial Team

The composition of the editorial board was approved by the decision of the Academic Council of the Ferenc Rakoczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian College of Higher Education and appointed by the rector. The editorial board consists of people who deal with the editon of the journal (scientific, technical) and preparation of the materials. The editor-in-chief, deputy editor-in-chief, executive secretary, technical editor and editors responsible for the content of the journal’s website are approved as part of the editorial board. The main tasks of the editorial board include ensuring the thematic orientation of the publication, taking care of the content of separate issues of the journal, compliance with the profile of the publication, checking the high quality, scientific standard and topicality of the materials. The members of the editorial board agree to the publication of the current issue of the scientific journal. The chairman and members of the editorial board are responsible for the quality level of the journal as a whole and the separate issues, for the organization of article’ reviews, for the operation of the website and the observance of scientific academic integrity.

The editorial principles of the scientific publication are as follows:

  • objectivity and impartiality during the selection of articles to be published;
  • high requirements for the quality of scientific research;
  • double-blind review of articles (the reviewers do not know about the authors and the authors do not know about the reviewers);
  • accessibility and efficiency in communication with authors;
  • strict adherence to the rules of copyright and scientific integrity.
