Editorial Team

The composition of the Editorial Board was approved by the decision of the Academic Council of the Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University and appointed by the Rector.

The Editorial Board consists of individuals responsible for the scientific and technical editing of the journal and the preparation of materials for publication. The Editor-in-Chief, Deputy Editor-in-Chief, and Senior Editors are approved as members of the Editorial Board. The Executive Secretaries, Technical Editors, and Advisory Editors form the Editorial Team. Together, they are responsible for the content of the journal.

The main tasks of the Editorial Board include ensuring the thematic focus of the publication, overseeing the content of each issue, maintaining alignment with the journal’s profile, and ensuring the high quality, scientific rigor, and relevance of the published materials. Members of the Editorial Board approve the publication of each issue of the scientific journal. The Chair and members of the Editorial Board are responsible for the overall quality of the journal and its individual issues, the organisation of article reviews, the maintenance of the journal’s website, and the observance of academic and scientific integrity.

The editorial principles of the journal are as follows:

  • objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication;
  • high standards for the quality of scientific research;
  • double-blind peer review of articles (reviewers are not informed of the authors’ identities, and vice versa);
  • accessibility and efficiency in communication with authors;
  • strict adherence to copyright rules and principles of scientific integrity.
