Funding Policy

Purpose and Scope

This policy ensures transparency in research funding and compliance with funder requirements. All authors must provide complete and accurate information regarding any financial support received for their research and publication. For further information on the importance of declaring funding sources, please refer to COPE’s guidelines.

Disclosure Requirements

Authors are required to declare all sources of funding, including:

  • the name(s) of the funding organisation(s);
  • the grant number(s) or reference codes, if applicable;
  • the role of the funder(s) in the design of the study, data collection, analysis, interpretation, writing, or the preparation of the manuscript.

No funding statement is required if the research received no external support.

The journal supports open access publishing in accordance with funder mandates. Authors whose research is supported by organisations that require open access publication must ensure compliance with those policies. Acta Academiae Beregsasiensis, Philologica does not charge Article Processing Charges (APCs).
