In accordance with Decree No. 1309 of 25 October 2023 issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the scientific journal of the Department of Philology Acta Academiae Beregsasiensis, Philologica has been included in the List of Scientific Professional Publications of Ukraine and has been awarded Category “B” status. In Hungary, Acta Academiae Beregsasiensis, Philologica is a Category “A” journal registered by the Linguistics Committee of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (MTA).
Archiving
The journal ensures the long-term digital preservation of its content through archiving in trusted repositories. All published papers are preserved in the Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine, the Repository of Ferenc Rákóczi II Transcarpathian Hungarian University, and the Repository of the Library of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, which guarantee the permanent accessibility and preservation of the full-text versions of all published articles.
All published issues are accessible through the Archives section of the journal’s website.
The technical framework for long-term preservation includes the storage of electronic versions of articles in formats suitable for archiving and reproduction, the maintenance of stable bibliographic metadata and persistent electronic links, as well as the storage of materials on the servers of the respective institutions with regular administration and data backup.
The guarantees of accessibility include the preservation of materials in several independent institutions, open access to publications through the journal’s official website and repositories, as well as the institutional support of archival platforms that ensure permanent access, integrity, and the long-term preservation of scholarly content.
